Your tasks
- Establishment and further development of regional markets
- Search for and development of cooperation partners in the respective countries
- Independent planning and coordination of sales and market access activities
- Implementation and coordination of the annual 5-year sales and turnover planning
- Initiating and implementing new product launches in collaboration with Medical Marketing and Brand Management
- Coordination and implementation of international pricing policy, including price and reimbursement applications to the authorities for the respective countries
- Responsible for sales and results for the regions
- Preparation of market and country analyses as well as business cases for sales development and new sales potentials
- Conducting cooperation and contract negotiations and developing sales contracts for both new and existing partners
- Regional development of the company portfolio
Your profile
- Completed studies in natural science, pharmacy or medicine or a comparable education
- 5-8 years of professional experience in sales and business development in a B2B environment in an international context
- Proven sales success
- Experience in contract negotiations
- Ideally contacts in the relevant market
- Confident appearance with customers during presentations and negotiations
- Communication and enthusiasm skills as well as intercultural negotiation skills
- High willingness to travel
- Fluent Spanish and English skills as well as good knowledge of the German language
