Medical Marketing Manager Americas, Focus LatAm (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Independent planning and coordination of the medical and marketing activities for the whole region “Americas” with a focus on Latin America in close cooperation with local partners and stakeholders
- Ensuring the conformity of partner measures and materials
- Coordination of marketing activities with partners, organization of best practice events
- Monitoring local medical and marketing activities of partners and competitors
- Conducting education and training for local partners
- Responsible for achieving the goals of the defined medical and marketing activities while adhering to the time and financial framework
- Initiation and coordination of new product launches with partners
- Planning of local customer programs including supervision of implementation
Your profile
- Completed studies in natural science, pharmacy or medicine or further training e.g., pharmaceutical sales representative
- 5-8 years of professional experience in a medical function for pharmaceutical products in the relevant indications as well as pharmaceutical marketing
- Regional network of key players desirable
- High willingness to travel
- Experience in intercultural communication
- Confident appearance with business partners
- Communication and enthusiasm skills as well as negotiation skills
- Fluent Spanish and English skills as well as good knowledge of the German language
